Which resistance should you choose?

Choose 0.8, 1.0 or 1.2 ohm for mouth to lung vaping with nicotine salt, and 0.4 or 0.6 ohm for restricted direct lung vaping with more vapour. Higher resistance means a tighter draw and lower power; lower resistance means a looser draw.

New to pods? Start with 0.8 ohm. It sits in the middle and suits most vapers switching from smoking.

What is the difference between 2ml and 3ml pods?
