What Does the Cohiba Short Taste Like?
The Cohiba Short tastes earthy and nutty with woody depth. Dark chocolate and coffee notes come through despite the small size. Strength runs medium to full, so the short format still delivers a real and recognisable Cohiba character in every puff.
The smoke stays punchy from start to finish. There’s no long build-up because the cigar burns fast.
How Long Does a Cohiba Short Take to Smoke?
A Cohiba Short takes about 10 to 15 minutes to smoke. That suits a coffee break, a short walk, or a quick pause after dinner. Light it, take slow puffs, and set it down between draws to keep the smoke cool.
Puffing too fast makes a small cigar burn hot and turn bitter. A steady, easy pace keeps the chocolate notes clear.
Is the Cohiba Short Handmade?
No, the Cohiba Short is machine-made in Cuba. Cohiba’s cigars in classic sizes are handmade with long filler, but the Short is a smaller cigarillo format. It still uses Cuban tobacco and wears the Cohiba band, which makes it a practical way to try the brand.

How Does the Cohiba Short Compare With the Cohiba Mini?
The Cohiba Short is slightly longer and thicker than the Cohiba Mini, at about 83 mm by 26 against 77 mm by 20. Both give a quick smoke. Choose the Short for a fuller draw and the Mini for the smallest, fastest option in the range.

How Should I Store Cohiba Short 10?
Store Cohiba Shorts in a cool place away from direct sun. Keep the cellophane on until you smoke them, since it protects the tobacco. In Dubai’s heat, a sealed humidor or travel case at 65 to 70 percent humidity keeps the cigars fresh and soft.
Small cigars dry out faster than large ones. Find humidors and travel cases in our Cigar Accessories.
